FAQ How does this work? Simply send your part to us with our repair form. We will contact you as soon as your part is repaired and ready to ship. How long does repair take? Usually one (1) day. Where do I ship the part? Please ship your defective part to: AutoXpressTech 101 Quincy St Holbrook MA 02343 What is your warranty? We extend a limited lifetime warranty to the purchaser of our service on the repairs performed solely by AutoXpressTech. The ownership of this warranty is not transferable. Any other associated charges are not covered by this warranty, including diagnostics , coding, programming, labor or mechanic charges. If AutoXpressTech determines the part cannot be repaired to the original condition, we either provide a replacement part or refund the purchase price, at AutoXpressTech's discretion. Water, fire, electrical damage, damaged caused by jump starting the vehicle, low battery, damage caused by another malfunctioning part, or use in application for which the part was not intended also voids this warranty. How do I pay? You may pay with a major card (VISA ,MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or PayPal after the repair is completed. PayPal payments can be made to autoxpresstech2009@comcast.net. How will I know if my part has been shipped back to me? You will be notified by email as soon as your part has been shipped. We will include a tracking number for your assurance through USPS. I don't see the part number I need repaired listed on your website. What do I do? We support many makes and models. If you don't find the part number listed ,call or write to autoxpresstech@comcast.net and we will provide a quote or further instructions regarding your part.
